Greetings, from CA!

Waking up in Vegas for the last time was really sad, but we got even more excited knowing that we were headed to Los Angeles!
Everybody was tired on the bus trip from Vegas, so we slept and watched movies on the long ride…but when we arrived to Universal Studios we instantly got so much energy!!! Especially when Emily talked about all there was to do here!
The palm trees, the landscape…just looked so California!
Universal Studios was amazing…we went to a Haunted House (was REALLY scary!), the Simpson’s Ride (worth the 1 hour wait!!!!) it was 3D and so real. We took a Studio Tour together as a group…and this is definitely the favorite part! We saw all the behind the scenes of the movies, and realized that the whole world is in this park. All the special effects we learned about, oh my gosh – amazing. We saw how in Hollywood they make rain and thunder, floods, explosions. We also saw the cars from Fast and the Furious, and the set of Desperate Housewives and other shows and movies. Oh, and there was a King Kong 3D show where you felt like King Kong was actually coming for you…and we had the huge shark, Jaws, coming at us! Seeing this you realize how much work and money is put into creating a movie.
We finished the day with a ride on Jurassic Park and got a super shower, soaking wet! This ride is so fun.
We headed to dinner thinking that the day could not get any better…until we arrived to the Hard Rock CafĂ© for dinner…there was a super cool DJ playing all our favorite songs in the square, and since we ate outside on the patio, we brought the party to us!!! We danced until our food came, and then after dinner we ran to the stage. The DJ loved us and even gave Belo USA a shout out!!!! We danced and danced until we were forced to congo line out to the bus…still dancing the whole way.
Now we don’t have a voice anymore…but what we do have are perfect memories from our first day in Los Angeles that makes us so excited to discover more tomorrow!!!
